It looks like they will be a 3 way merger or something in the works. They might drill 1 more well soon and hope they hit on the other side of the play. But I like the cost cutting. There was way way too much overhead and it never made a profit even after they hit a bunch of producer wells.

I will be glad when that IR fee's are wiped from the books. Then end game is coming soon.

You could be right.. There was some UBS buying and maybe they where loading up now to make it easy for a merger of shares.
