thanks for the production #'s any word on the cash flow?

I like thomas but every year he would always give himself $10,000 raises. It was like every good well drilled was a raise for him so the company would never make a profit. 

What i do wonder is how much it will make now with all the wells tied in and costs coming down. I wonder how much the new guys are going to be paid? and where they getting the cash for the 4th well? Anything about that in the #'s on sedar?
