Bad planning on somebody's behalf to get everyone at the same place and same time?
OR
Knowing how GOES deals with confrontation when things don't go their way, they probably told the Hotel where everybody was going to stay to cancel all the bookings so that the hearings would have to get delayed to buy them some time. Isn't that how they dealt with issuing the permit?
This has nothing to do with PMU, and I'm just taking a poke at GOES....
Who knows why....logistical...hmm?
