April 12, 2002

That is the News release that announced the final approved merger of Pacific Rim and Dayton.  The new company started trading under PMU on April 16th, 2002

I just broke down down and sent the company a message asking for the info on the reverse split.  Sure hope I am not losing my mind or have the wrong company in mind.

We'll see soon I hope.
