It was originally called Thrilltime Ent.
and they focused on mechanical rides/entertainment
(similair to fairs and Disneyland) eventually they went under
even though the ride itself was a great success. Too many fingers in the pie.
PAtents were lost if not shut down and the Shell co. was utilized for this
new start up co.
