Vote!!!!!!!!!I believe a lot of the resistance is based on the resolution re; the financing deal.
Basically.... if there was a large house or position....one could use a negative vote in attempts
to drive down the value of the stock price in which to accumulate a larger position.
Clearly, this would hurt PL...but then again most posters have been unhappy with Mgmt and PL....
so what would you expect? this may be a time for SH retripution to PL for past sins.
Agreed it may not be in the SH best interests...but on rare occassions Principals may override self interests!
This does not occur often.; but when it does...it does instigate or force change. And for the larger positions it does provide an ample opportunity to access more control!
I believe we are fully in that stage of process at this time.
Based on last weeks trades.....the market is out to punish PL on this round.
Result: We are yet to go lower....regretably!
Further result..... It may actually force some changes....
