The great news is that although we have been in slump in 2012....only 6 million shares traded in that low range representing approx 8% of all those cheap shares over the last 4 years....and furthmore...there has not been a considerable volume of cheap shares since the 2008-2010 era.
Meaning this could well burst extremly fast...now just to time that burst!
