RE:Phase 2 results questionfisher, the phase II results are good or they are not. I doubt a company would spent hundreds of millions in a phase III trial without having probant phase II results. In the case of 4050, results can be positive in one application, like IPF, but not in another one. A "partial efficacy" must be significant enough on a therapeutic point of view. Slowing down the fibrosis progression might be better than not slowing at all!!!! More benefits than side effect is what we must see.
