Patent Dispute
I realize that the dispute between GE Healthcare Bio Sciences and Prometic Life Sciences has been ongoing for a considerable period of time. I'm not overly concerned about this issue because respected investors like Robert McWhirter are so supportive of PLI. However, i would appreciate hearing from posters such as francois21, or sah1, or bepando on how they view this apparently unresolved issue. See brief court summary at:
