RE:4050 no proofedrose, I'm not sayaing your statements are false. I'm only saying that they probably have some proof coming from the phase I in DKD. However, this can't be used and they will have to go phase I, II and III for the metabolic syndrome, like you said.
But I doubt they would had started it if the chance of failure were bigger than smaller.
They would had stay in the fibrosis application like the DKD trial, and the coming IPF trial, for which they are waiting for the CTA.
