RE:4547 and 4050 similar but different Hard question to answer..... At first sight with the few infos available on 4757, I would say that 4757 seems to work more on the glucose control level and less in anti-fibrotic activities than 4050. It seems to me that also the mechanism of action is different and don't work on the same cell receptor, thus might be used in different pathology than 4050. But maybe you should try to address the question to IR.
