I'm not sure about this one, and how it work.
My logic would suggest that they will certainly analyse the biomarkers, and other stuff in order to fix the right dosage for phase II. So they might have some good idea about the efficacy in human....
What I'm not sure is if they can disclose to public those datas abourt efficacy. This could be a good question to ask to IR.
