RE:For What its Worth... MerdeI was never a fan for reverse split, just to qualify to listing requirement, or raise the share price to look more attractive.

I've seen ugly things happen in the past in these situation.

If the management do, and there's no certainty it will happen, I trust them that the time choosen will be approriate.

CCE, Thomvest, Hepalink, have their guys on the BOD. I can assume that the reverse split decision won't be a one guy decision. And behind the board, I can see a lot of ressources available to look into this matter and give the proper advice.

PLI is not a Mickey Mouse company. I give them my trust on that and will vote for it, even if my weight won't change the final score....
