Even if cascade process is less dammaging for the plasma in filtration, each step needs manipulation of equipement, etc...

So my guess is that it will be more effective to use the largest plant to extract proteins with a larger use and market , such as IVIG, AAT and maybe plasminogen for the next indication.

That way, you keep Laval with a lesser production capacity for the proteins you need in small volume, such as proteins needed for development or clinical trial. 

It's just a question maximizing your ressources and being the most effective you can!
