RE:TFSAs once againI wouldn't be surprised if in the future we see a cap on how much wealth can be sheltered in the TFSA.
Without a cap eventually many people could amount enough wealth in the TFSA to live off it tax free. As an example a 2% GIC on $5mil gives you 100 000 tax free.
A cap would be simple and cheap for the goverment to implement and removes all subjective from it.
