If in short term it may not increase the share price, it may increase the business development. Not only at one point, PLI will receive milstone payment, co-produce factor VIII and IX, but the additionnal capacity production, as Generium will act as a CMO for PLI is a good thing. The major point is that you can show your clients the best product in the world. However, can you make enought of it for the client's need? If you take Laval, Winnipeg and now Russia as total production facilities, you can now tell the future clients how much you need!!!! The production capacity is becoming as important as the products quality.
