RE:exactly what PLI should have done years ago...not too late

RE:exactly what PLI should have done years ago...not too lateEverytime the stock goes down, the frustration goes up.... I've been a shareholder here for a long time. I've also followed NRI.to for years. First, let put some facts. NRI did a reverse split 65 : 1 in 2013. 5 years ago, if you had put $ 100 in NRI, today your Investment Worth $ 55. The same $ 100 in PLI Worth today $ 1750. So far, the business model and unlock value for shareholders doesn't make NRI shareholders the winner..... Also, I have a problem when you say to let investors decided what to keep and the proportion. As an investor, your choice is to keep your Investment, or not. When I'm looking at the people on board of direction, the major investors in this company and the army of counselors they have with them, I'm not sure that as a shareholder, I'm the most qualified person to take such business decision. Also, when people talked about the credibility of the CEO or arrogance and power hungry, I Wonder if you ever met the management and talk with them to make such assessement. These are free statement based on personal frustration, Nothing more. If people would take time and go the AGM, you you would be able to talk with the management, and maybe see and understand a few things that you won't read in a Financial statement or a news release. And I,ve read the article from the columnist that have - 12% of ROI on his top pick. For now, we have a company that is burning cash. The resins business is not big enought to be split alone. If you split resins and PPPS together to put 4050 in a new company, well the result will be that you will have 2 companies that will burn cash. With that, you will have to pay for two structures (CEO, CFO, administration etc...) because you will 2 companies. I personally don't think it's a good move. For now, the business model we have evolve over the year, and being a fully inegrated pharma is not an ego trip, it's a turn around that we can now reach. I will respect your opinion about a split in business, even if I don't think it's a good time for that. However, your personal Attack on the management credibility or qualified them of being arrogant is free, and not supported by facts. Simply my opinion.....
