Plilong,

As you are investing and have 20 years of experience doing so, you should know by now that any important decision his made by the board of direction, not by Pierre Laurin alone.

Saying so, any deals regarding PBI-4050 that could have been turned down, came from the board, with people who knows more than us what's going on.

Don't think the board members are only puppets.....

So any deals,  if it's good, will be accepted no matter what the CEO said. Of course, his opinion might be heavily considered, but just keep in mind that the board also have doctors and professionnal administrators in business.

But at the end, the board have the last word. A perfect example of this is when the board called back the loan and Pierre Laurin had to sell the shares hold by his company. He feel it wasn't the good time, but had to do it against his will.

Just take a look at the board members, and tell me if they are all dummies....

And by the way, you should have atalk with the guys from Thomvest, and ask them if they don't care doing a bad move and lost money. These guys may afford to lose money, but they never like to failed.

And if Thomvest were only doing shots in the dark, they would never made so much money, and won't even bother to put a guy on board of direction.
