And it doesn't mean that the 2 boards can't be use in parallel. They can be complementary.
A few years ago, when I create the first private board, it simply because that a lot investors were leaving SH due to the excessive crapitos posted over and over.
This was starting again, base on a lot of comments I've received via inbox.
I just feel that it wasn't a good time to see people just leaving again in a period where good information can be share between investors.
I still feel it sad to have to do so, but I didn't see other solution than have a board that can be moderated.
