w8asec, do you have a job?

If the answer is yes, and your employment contract says that you will earn less salary but you will have a bonus performance if you do a good job, and one day you decide to cash your bonus based on the performance, will you consider yourself a pig in at the trought?

Otherwise, why fix the global remuneration of an employee or a director with options if he can't decide when to, or  exercised them?

It's funny how people can easily criticize other people actions when in fact, they would have done the same thing.
