RE:Thomvest Ownership reports of PLI pursuant to rule 62-504

RE:Thomvest Ownership reports of PLI pursuant to rule 62-504And to put things in perspective: Thomvest have 10% of ownership, Dr Soon via a trust and CCE will have about 12% of ownership. Hepalink will be at 7%, and the long stakeholders that invested in PLI have about 15%. Add a 2% from the management, and also a large group of ahareholders in the WestCoast that certainly accout for 10%, give me a quick 56% of total ownership in very strong hands. This doesn't include the smaller guys on this board that are also here for the long run. Now, what this mean, simply that PLI have the strongest protection again any hostile takeover. Looking at PLI progress for the therapeutic, my guess is that one day or another one of the big boys will be tempted to acquire PLI at the lowest amount possible. I think there's bad news for them, as over 50% of shares are in fact in really strong hands, not into small profit taker.
