RE:Puzzling re K2 and our Management

RE:Puzzling re K2 and our Managementrcdoggy,

First, seeing shares issuance,  financing or bought deals using a 5 days VWAP prior to a closing date is far from being unsususal.

Concerning K2, PLI announced the deal on August, 24.

K2 announced on August 29 that they acquired over 18M of shares and 697K warrants.

K2 announced on October 10 an additionnal investment in TST of 6.6M shares.

So K2 came in the picture after the transaction. How can you say that PLI management was aware of K2?

And I think the warrants are in the 30 cents range, so not worth to be exercised.
