It's not as easy at it sound to have a trading halt on a stock.
If PLI would have been shorted in a single day with a 50 cents decrease on high volume, they might have a cause to justify and request a trading halt.
But what happened, occured on 6 trading day with "normal volume".
Looking at the action, when would have be the time to request an halt trading based on unusual trading?
What day and what hour of the day this would had be possible?
