We have concern about the safety profile of PBI4050.
After digging further, we discovered that none of the mice used in the preclinical studies had survived their autopsy, which suggest that PBI4050 may cause serious adverse events.
We ask the management to comment this casuality, but they never answered or explained why none of the mice survived the autopsy.
