RE:Therapeutics Inc. shareholders - legal action

Hypothetically, disgruntled shareholders could seek a legal path as the result of this deal which went sour for all of them. If that takes place and a law firm gets involved following “Pelican Brief” moment might take place:
1.    PLI needs to engage in a lengthily legal battle (years)
2.    No re-financing nor another cash injection  will take place till that matter is resolved
3.    PLI board members will have to replace Pierre by a new CEO
4.    Stock price will be greatly influenced as well

I understand that some of you do not like hearing it, but the reality is that it might actually take place.
I welcome few more "IGNORE" as the sign of fear and inability to take other point of views objectivelly.

Hypothetically, this may be an attempt to scare shareholders and spread false rumors.... like shorters like to do.

However, on what legal ground do you think you can do a law suit for acquiring a public corp, when you made an offer at a certain price and it eas accepted????

So, PLI could be guilty of what??????

Maybe some could try something against TST former managers for not having fullfill their fiduciary duties, but it would stop there.

So for 1, 2, 3 and 4, it's most likely to never happen....
