SP continually under selling pressure...

SP continually under selling pressure...There is no doubt in my mind that PLI is being punished for not getting a deal signed. Shenzhen is just a partner to find one, and an original way to bring $25 million to Prometic in time for the CC. Kudos on management for that, it could have been disastrous without...

Nonetheless, I do not know of many other companies that are in such great position at this time in their life, and PLI has a legitimate business that have been around for nearly 20 years. You want to talk about crazy valuations, just look at the pot companies...

For those who have no clue how to vote on some of the proxy questions ahead of the AGM, make your own decisions on what you think is best. For me, it's no for more options to be handed out as compensation until they can figure out how to tie the share price with the company's health. We've had nothing but positive devellopments for over two years but a declining share price. When they can hire the genius who will sort this out and tell them how to ling the two, deliver a climbing share price year over year to mimic positive devellopments, I will vote yes on that question, otherwise, it's a big fat no.
As far as reverse split, many here think we can reach organically, otherwise no NASDAQ listing required, well, tell management. Management also think they can get there organically, so vote no to reverse split. Than the retail shareholders can show management what side they lean on. Whether it makes a difference in the final tally or not, your vote "no to a reverse split" will send a messsage. What we need is stong hands holding the shares, not necessarily less shares out. That might be the task of IR to find more more strong hands by "selling the story" better. Still not too sure why everyone and their dog assumes PLI is the best sharting and trading stock on the planet, but it appears it is...

Anyway, this is my opinion on the vote, make your own. Everyone has a different agenda and different views, vote accordingly.

There is no doubt in my mind that PLI will be successful, but the decisions that they make affect how, and how fast we can get there. Lets hope they can find a partner soon, whether on their own, or through Shenzhen. If Shenzhen can save PL some travelling time to China and many months of intense negotiations, then it was a good deal. I mean, a better deal. It will give him more time to focus on finding investors with strong hands.

Good luck to all of us who have strong hands :)
