What you posted is mostly irrelevant about the article and my comments regarding it.

It doesn't matter if the options were at 12 cents or $ 1.00. We are not talking abour risk here.

What we where talking about is the fact that they reported insider selling without all the informations related to it.

This is a plain simple and easy fact to understand.

Because it's a huge difference between seeing insiders selling "pre owned" shares and exercising options and selling shares to cover the tax.

The biggest joke is that you can't seems to figured out the situation by yourself....
