yes, and you can say no this time, possibly for I guess the company into an ADR.

if I knew for sure that the reverse split wouldn’t hurt us and climb to $200/share during the year, I’d do it, but from I’ve witnessed in the past, there is no guarantees.

an ADR guarantees I keep all my shares, the ones I worked hard to acquire when there weren’t many out there.

dilution and consolidation are 2 easy ways to deal with finances when your against the wall. 

I want something where there is a little more thinking/work involved. I want more accountability for spending money we don’t have.

this being said, I’m a strong cheerleader of the company, and I am hoping to see a deal signed as soon as the next Alstrm results are out. Otherwise, what are potential partners waiting for, that the drug is approved and that we take 100% of the market for ourselves? I don’t think so.
