That's the perfect example of paid basher work.
The guy took a simple quote of a theory or an explanation and try to make a case with it, without even being sure or aware of a situation.
And by the way, in real life, lots of people are doing assets protection using family or personnal trust without being, or expecting being in any kind of trouble.
That's why it's call planification.... and not evasion
