That was a refreshing change. There was some urgency in the report to make a deal. This is the first time I truly believe it because it is out of necessity. The culture for so many years was to try and go it alone for the deep profits . It is very rare and almost unattainable. This forces their hand and maybe when it is done they'll realize that it was a big mistake not to open up to the markets.
