The short attack doesn't make sense. Ditching Pierre the founder does. Definitely a red flag for most.The longs know he was a great guy and scientist. The irony is maybe he was to intimate with the company and didn't make a deal because he thought the offers were insulting. Someone prior mentioned this and it does make sense. A new CEO will work with numbers, not his heart when needing to close a deal. I say new blood gets this done. Also I need to verify the black out period issue. I will post when I find out.
