registered versus beneficial holders

registered versus beneficial holdersAt this point, I may be a little paranoid I admit, but...

When PLI refers to registered holders of shares gaining rights, does that include beneficial holders (like myself) who hold shares in (for instance) a Questrade account? I've never taken steps to register my shares (ie - I don't hold the share certificates). Is there a chance I will be disqualified from the offering for not being properly registered?

Thanks!
