RE:RIGHTS OFFERINGRIGHTS OFFERING Not sure?? I plan to take only 7 of my 20 share rights. I currently have 25,000 PLI shares x 7 = 175,000 + my original 25,000 = 200,000 NEW SHARE TOTAL. I will give them a cheque for 175,000 shares x .01521 = $2,660 approx. Since I'm only asking for 7 of the 20 shares could the rights offering be reduced because of the % of overall shares available. In other words could TV turn around and say we will only be able to give me say 4 shares rather than 7. Thanks for an answer.
Maybe I should ask how many think we will get 20 shares for 1 or do some think we will only get 7 shares for 1.
