RE:Ask yourself why DIDNT clulow/best/Pritchard offered retaiEdRose, not only did they realize we (the investors) could raise $75 Mil, they feared we could raise 3 times that much - some $225 Mil - which is why they capped the RIGHTS offering at $75 Mil. (This would have shown there was no unsolvable funding problem - had the board and management actually tried to help the shareholders rather than being lackeys to their Thomson masters).  if uncapped, the rights should have applied to the 740 million shares in the original investor hands which would resulted in $225 Mil raised from the investors. that is probably why they included all those with shares after the restructure and why Consonance remains as a threat should they use the RIGHTS they never should have had available to them. They could have put up more in the first place in the restructure PP if they wanted more shares at the same price. It was clearly meant as a threat to the investors to cap their RIGHTS.
