RE:RE:RE:RE:very good news

RE:RE:RE:RE:very good newsNope Transit, it makes perfect sense and all part of the SALP plan. consonance could have gotten as many shares as they wanted (and probably did) in the PP they pre-arranged with SALP at 1.521 cents. They did not need the RIGHTS opportunity to get the fill of the shares they wanted. The point of the scare that PRHAPS Consonance will exercise their rights (they really should not have had in the first place) and we will end up with only 1.25 shares rather than 20 was to influence as many RIGHTS holders not to exercise them so the SALP portion of the pie will be even larger for all those rights shares never issed (some 2.5 Bil as it turned out). There plan succeeded very well.

What now remains to be seen is how long they will bouy the SP at 2.5 - 3 cents before they remove support for that price. I suspect that will happen gradually between now and when we actually start to see the rights shares appear in our accounts and we can trade them again. will the SP then drop to the 1.5 cent or lower - only time will tell. We will have to see how the market reacts to the coming r/s on the order of 1000 to 1 (usually not well) and tehn how they react to the move to nasdaq and the relate new PP and what price those happen at.

Don't breath the laughing gas too deeply.
