They are regulating their own membership who they collect fees from so there is a conflict discipline your clients. The fact that AMF is still flying across country getting further info is a good sign of the fact that where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Thomson definitely believes he’s above the law and would rather settle a lawsuit than pay what PLI could be worth.
