Sp keeps decreasing its simple people don’t have confidence And saw what they did to people who invest with them ,and nobody including potential partners like when authorities are investigating management/board etc and they know pending law suit which will be in public domain and they will have to report it in their quarterly/year end financials
the science is good until they deal with legal issues confidence will be low/causing insecurities
