They are not keeping their word. Before the rights offering, they said that the BLA would be filed before the end of 2019. Shortly after the $38M was raised, the filing date moved to H1 2020.
Partnership for Ryplazim was "expected" in 2019. Pritchard even stated this during his presentation at Piper Jaffray on December 4th! I’m now thinking that the “unusual market activity” of Dec 24th was in anticipation of an “almost” done deal that didn’t happen. We are now 3.5 months into 2020 and still nothing!
While on this topic, can someone explain how a partnership for Ryplazim with upfront money could materialize without an approved product, even worse, without a BLA filing, A letter of intent?
I just don’t know what to make of this, nothing seems to add-up! I’ll give them a few more months, after which I will move on as this is taking its toll on me, not to mention all the lost opportunities while I wait and wait.
My level of frustration is beyond words.
