RE:RE:RE:Equity raise or LoCSah1, Haven't heard from you in a while. I always looked to hear your rational analysis. I have tried to stay off this useless BB of pumpers and bashers making the same assertions daily as TV seems to be in phase II of the takeover and seems to be leaving less and less for the investors as it sells off for peanuts.
Unless the paln is to pauprize TMNL and take it over somewhere down the road, whay are they doing? They intend to partner Ryplazim which in the expectted BLA is for a rare low volume indication - not a blockbuster drug. Even this is taking forever! They are giving up on all the other repair indications of Ryplazim that I thought was where the real money was in Ryplazim! They also seem to be throwing away all the future plazma proteins that I thought was a major source of future revenue to which they hels the keys. (was that a faulty idea we naive retail investors were fed by PL?)
The 4050 end of the business has been hugely curtailed with the firing if the scientific team and the lack of any new clinical trials and a general lack of direction.
What do you make of PL's silence - is it an NDA and a golden parachute? Was he a used car salesman or a visionary who mistook a wolf for white knight?
Do you trust TV? Are they and the current retail with aligned goals or are they planning only for themselves - retail investor be damned - as they did in April 2019 and the period that led up to their carefully planned restructure. Did you get out in time, or did you go down with the ship? I imagine you took them up on the rights offering or you wouldn't bother to comment here on the BB.
