RE:RE:NR! i bet this was the plan when Thomvest gat LMNLRealStocky, your idea is meaningless and does not set the value of LMNL at about $18 per share. SINCE WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS COMPANY PURCHASED IS REALLY WORTH, SO WE HAVE NO IDEA IF WE REALLY GOT $3.6 M WORTH IN VALUE TO COVER THE ASSERTED VALUE IN THE PURCHASED COMPANY.. Perhaps the seller really valued his company at this time as only say $2 M, thus have paid 202,308 shares of LMNL would only value the LMNL shares at $9.89! This all proves nothiing unless you have a very good handle on the true value of the purchased company which none of us on this BB have. LMNL would certainly like to have us believe that the share values are now finally higher than the RIGHTS value of $15.21. But I do not trust this management farther than I can throw them, so only time will tell whether this is just another meaningless deal of PLI/LMNL or not.
