RE:RE:Buying rights offer was my mistakeThey may do, what if they go for dilution before BLA submission. I am so confused and I cannot believe them anymore. 

BLA submission is good news, right? Why they want to submit BLA after delisting from TSX? If it is good news it will be rewarded in TSX as well.

 It is suspicious to me. My guess dilution is first BLA submission is later.
