If the money alone is the milestone and not just an urgent need to keep them in business, it's already been achieved in principle so that Thomvest could step up with a bridge loan (it's peculiar that they have not) and this money injection has been known by market for over a month and is baked into the price. The lack of support by management providing any business direction or by Thomvest is  strange.
