look at salaries/compensation that management like pritchardsartore etc and board are receiving for a company that as no revenue sp that continues to decline and have really nothing in pipeline
look at millions that galbraith got after takeover this at a time they aplied for hardship at tsx because they said they had serious financial problems AND THEY EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO RAISE MONEY
AFTER TAKEOVER THEY IMMEDIATELY TURN AROUND AND DO RIGHTS OFFERING TO RETAIL INVESTORS THEY JUST WIPPED OUT AND RAPIDLY RAISE 38 MILLION why didn't they offer this BEFORE when investors had much higher confidence they could have raise 100 million BUT THEN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE MET CRITERIA FOR HARDSHIP AT TSX AND COULD NOT HAVE DONE THEIR TAKEOVER
