Bigman... I will be the first to criticize management shortcomings but I am afraid I cant agree with you on this one. I have been directly involved in closings like this and they are often hectic and fluid. In fact, I wouldnt be surprised AT ALL if Prometic's delay in releasing their 04 financials on Tues was directly related to Hemosol's pending disclosure. I think something about it may have even been mentioned at the beginning of the PLI conference call.
