Kaiserfolks, it is interesting for sure that Kaiser has fundamentally changed his tune. This said, in all honesty i no longer put a great deal of stock in what kaiser has to say about this stock. Perhaps because it is a diamond play, and there aren't many of them, it is hard to evaluate what it should be worth at any given point. All i know for sure is that dating back to the last couple of releases last year Kaiser was saying this thing was going to the moon (in my terms - i think more accurately he had said $5,6 and maybe $10 at different times). As sure as he made these assertions news would come out and the stock would either go nowhere or would go down. At best it seems to me that he is playing this thing on momentum. At worst he is not the greatest at interpreting the geologic features present in these properties.
In either case i have stopped paying much attention to what he has to say about this particular stock as it seems to be sensationalistic. In saying this i ask you to consider how one can go from saying the stock is full of potential, to then saying it has very little potential, when all that has happened in the interim is a no news news release. Either he is trading on insider informatin (which is illegal) or he is is wildly flipping from one extreme to the other, which would indicate to me that he does not have a good handle on this project.
As far as Mr. Friedland goes ... i once had a great deal of faith in the managment of this project, and perhaps that is easy to have when things are going well. However, the manner in which news was released this summer did nothing to instill faith in me, and, in fact, was only a hair above shady.
Based on their statements, all i think we can assume now is that this project has economic potential. I guess the question as the end of the day is what does that mean for the share price when you consider how far it will have to be diluted to finance the project through to fruition.
Besides that we are back to everything going forward having the potential to surprise. Ie - if mini bulks come back and they confirm prior results we may well be off to the races ... or at least off on a race to the bank.
I think what we are going to see over the fall is a one by one release of the samples currently at the lab. I think we are likely to see results from the most promising first ... and we are likely to see a significant gap until the next one as the share price has time to build. Based on the preliminary findings i'm sure that at least one of the 5 sample sets sent for testing will have sufficient diamonds at sufficient concentrations to cause a stir. In my view this company needs this to finance their operations for next year. If they don't have at least one set of positive results this fall, this will be a penny stock by January. If they do it could be worth a few dollars again.
All in my humble opinion and i am interested to hear other's considered thoughts as to how they think this story might unfold.
