RE:From Will

RE:From WillLooks like we have lost the trifecta status on all fronts.

The investor trifecta is officially no longer (Ned has been removed).

The kimberlite trifecta sounds like it is keying in on the 2 pipes.

2 reasons:

1 - CH-44 will add the mine life to the project...but because it will be late in the mine cycle, it will have the least effect on NPV  (largest discount)...so isn't a key driver in the short term.

2 - 43-101 is so strong in the industry...Peregrine will not want to miss out on getting CH-7 to Inferred...and if they have to sacrifice/delay CH-44...so be it.

If they do this right...they might get enough information from both ch-6 and ch-7, in conjunction with more core drilling...to declare both resources as indicated...and streamline this to PFS.

I think the very high grade section of ch-7...just put ch-7 one notch higher on the list...It was already second...but that high grade area...might be tied for first with ch-6 and the rest of ch-7 is still a strong 2nd.

CH-7 may also still cough up larger stones then even ch-6..even with the lower grade. That could change the dynamics quite a bit.

I still assume they will try an LDD into CH-44...if they have time.

LONG...PGD
