RE:Floating nuclear power plants.I lived in Frobisher Bay for a winter, the tides are the amonst the highest in the world.
The tidal action would destroy any man made port, as the Canadian Navy found out a few years ago when they wanted to build a port up there.
I can imagine the environmental radicals would have a field day on this one....
