Not sure what to think of the BOD change having not seen the details. Ekim? Kinda obvious though that someone (a firm) is trying to get a seat or three on the board through this hole and the board doesn't like it. Seen this many times before. The BOD needs to explain this, either in the details or at the AGM. Somebody's got to question it at the AGM if they attend. Hmmmm.....just not sure????
