If they can convince people that the PEA is really the base case, everything will be fine. I think Robert will play an important role in it. Even if institutions are not convinced yet, if he is willing to pay a little more and do a PP instead of a rights offering, it will do miracles for us. He could still increase his position that way, but it would be huge for us.
