RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short Positions for PGDWhy would they go the route of borrowing the funds when they can increase their position in the company without having to borrow the entire amount?  Again, ride on the coattails of the retail or little investor and pick up the crumbs for next to nothing and be in a win/win situation.  More paper or JV, take your pick?
